Your tasks:

Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung des HSE-Managementsystems nach ISO 45001 / 14001
Analyse von Unfällen und Hands-on-Umsetzung wirksamer Präventionsmaßnahmen
Durchführung von Baustellenbegehungen, Audits und Schulungen (national & international)
Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Betriebsanweisungen
Beratung und Sparringspartner für Führungskräfte und Projektteams
Aktive Mitwirkung an der HSE-Strategie der BAUER Gruppe

Your profile:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt-/Gesundheitsmanagement, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (DGUV)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HSE, idealerweise im Bau- oder Industrieumfeld
Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ggf. EMAS sowie Auditpraxis
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Hohe Reisebereitschaft (bundesweit und ggf. international)
