Our Services
Calibration Service
We offer calibration services using our own factory calibration (MPA supervised) test bench. The following devices can be tested and calibrated up to a force of 500 tons:
- Clamping cylinder
- Manometer
- Gauges
- Load cells
- Load stabilization
Prestressing an testing
We conduct all tests on anchors, nails and micropiles before, during and at the end of anchor work according to DIN EN 1537 and DIN SPEC 18537.
Before anchor work:
- Examination - determination of the max. load bearing behavior before failure
Before and during anchor work:
- Qualifying Examination - proof of carrying capacity up to Pp in compliance with the Kriechmaßkriteriums.
- Acceptance test - proof of carrying capacity up to Pp in compliance with the approval criteria (Abnahmekriterien).
Prestressing
- Prestressing strand, bar or GFK anchors to the anchor force specified by the planner.
Repair Service
We offer a comprehensive repair service for the complete range of equipment incl. all accessories as well as from various third-party manufacturers.
